Welcome to AiForms. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website located at https://aiformz.vercel.app and any related subdomains, services, or APIs provided by AiForms Tech Labs Inc.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software, builder, or AI APIs.
2. Account Registration & Security
To utilize certain premium features or the form generator dashboard, you must authenticate using your Google credentials. You agree to maintain the security of your authentication tokens and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your workspace details and submission logs.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user identity. If you discover or suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, please contact us immediately.
3. Payments, Billing & Fees
Certain services, such as the Pro Creator features or Lifetime Deals, require payment. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments in production mode.
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. By subscribing to a paid plan or initiating a transaction, you authorize Cashfree and our payment partners to charge the specified amount from your chosen payment method.
4. Intellectual Property
We claim no ownership over the configuration, prompts, or submission data collected by the forms you build using AiForms. You retain all intellectual property rights to your generated content and client responses.
However, our software, AI training models, website designs, dashboard layout, source code, logos, and UI elements are the exclusive property of AiForms Tech Labs Inc. and are protected by international copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiForms and its suppliers will not be liable for any consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or server outages arising out of the use or inability to use our AI form builder software or external database endpoints.
AiForms generates code structure using generative AI model endpoints. While we strive for premium accessibility and accuracy, we do not warrant that the output will meet all corporate validation specifications without user review.
